Packed with antioxidants, magnesium, fibre and plant protein, this smoothie has been my go-to lately after a gym session or for a quick breakfast on the go!
Vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free | Serves 1 | SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- 250ml plant-based milk
- 1 frozen banana, cut in pieces
- 50g frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 scoop organic vanilla protein powder
Steps:
1.Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!

*If you have a nut allergy, you can substitute the nut butter with raw tahini paste.
