I had some summer fruits around that I forgot for quite few days, so I decided to turn them into jam, and it turned out amazing!
Vegan, nut free, soy free, gluten free | 250g | JAM
Ingredients:
- 200g summer fruits (nectarines, peaches, strawberries, apricots)
- 100g sugar
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Steps:
1.Cut the fruits into small cubes, and add them into a small pot.
2.Add the sugar and stir on a medium to low heat.
3.Let the fruits to cook down for approximately 20 minutes, stirring every now and then.
4.After 20 minutes, turn off the heat, use a hand blender to blend If you prefer a smooth texture.
5.Add the chia seeds and stir.
6.Store the jam in a clean jar at room temperature and then put it in the fridge.
