Scrumptious and healthy spirulina chia pudding.
Vegan, nut free, gluten free | Serves 1-2 | BREAKFAST
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 175ml plant-based milk
- 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Steps:
1.Mix all the ingredients well and leave overnight in the fridge.
2.Give it a good stir before you serve it and taste to adjust the sweetness to your preference.
3.I assembled it by adding layers of the chia pudding, coconut yogurt, granola and kiwi.
