Quick and refreshing this wrap is all you need for a quick lunch!
Vegan, nut free | Serves 2 | MAIN
- 2 wraps
- 2 tablespoons of sun-dried tomato hummus
- A handful of spinach
- A handful of red cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/2 red bell pepper, julienne
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Salt and pepper
- A handful of arugula
1.Spread the hummus on the wraps.
2.Add a layer of spinach, followed by red cabbage, carrot, bell pepper.
3.Add the avocado slices and season with salt and pepper.
4.Finisg with the arugula and wrap.
