Ingredients:
- 8 tablespoons of cannellini beans
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Juice and zest of half lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon of oregano and garlic granules
- Olive ciabatta, 4 slices
- 4 tablespoons of black olive tapenade
- Freshly cracked black pepper.
Steps:
1.In a bowl combine the beans, olive oil, lemon juice and zest and spices.
2.Toast the ciabatta.
3.Devide the tapenade on the toasted ciabatta and spread.
4.Taste the bean mixture and adjust the seasoning to your preference.
5.Add the beans on the ciabatta and add freshly cracked black pepper.
