This delicious beetroot smoothie makes a perfect breakfast, but I really enjoy it after a gym session!
Vegan, soy free, gluten free | Serves 1 | DRINK
Ingredients:
- 1/2 frozen banana, in pieces
- 1/3 frozen beetroot, in pieces
- 250ml almond milk
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
- 1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder
Steps:
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
