Vegan, nut free, gluten free, refined sugar free | Serves 1 | BREAKFAST
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 60g frozen spinach
- 25g protein powder (I used the almond from amino animo)
- 4-5 tablespoons of plant-based milk (I used unsweetened soy)
Toppings:
- Granola
- Kiwi
- Flaxseeds
- Hemp hearts
Steps:
1.Add all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2.Serve in a bowl, and add your favourite toppings. I used granola, kiwi slices, flaxseeds and hemp hearts.
