Green smoothie bowl

Fuel your body with this vibrant Green Smoothie Bowl, packed with plant-based protein, healthy ingredients, and a generous dose of fibre. This bowl is your delicious secret weapon for a nourishing and energizing start to the day or a satisfying snack.

Vegan, nut free, gluten free, refined sugar free | Serves 1 | BREAKFAST

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 60g frozen spinach
  • 25g protein powder (I used the almond from amino animo)
  • 4-5 tablespoons of plant-based milk (I used unsweetened soy)

Toppings:

  • Granola
  • Kiwi
  • Flaxseeds
  • Hemp hearts

Steps:

1.Add all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

2.Serve in a bowl, and add your favourite toppings. I used granola, kiwi slices, flaxseeds and hemp hearts.
