Ingredients:
- 300g silken tofu
- 70g peanut butter
- 60g maple syrup
- A splash of vanilla bean paste
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
Decorate with:
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
- 60g dark chocolate
Steps:
1.Add all the ingredients in a food processor and blend.
2.Stop and scrape the sides with a silicon spatula.
3.Divide the mixture into two jars.
4.Melt the chocolate and coconut oil and cover the two jars.
5.Cover the jars and place them in the fridge to set for few hours or overnight.
