Chocolate breakfast smoothie

Summer's here and while I love it, who wants to spend ages in the kitchen? That's why I whipped up this delicious chocolate smoothie in under 3 minutes! It kept me feeling full and satisfied all the way to lunchtime. Perfect for busy summer days!

Vegan, refined sugar free, gluten free | Serves 1 | BREAKFAST

Ingredients:

  • 300ml soy milk (or other milk of choice)
  • 1 banana (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons of oats
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of each hemp, chia, milled flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter

Steps:

1.Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Enjoy!

Notes:

*If you are using a fresh banana, I suggest you to serve it with some ice.

*For me the sweetness was fine, but in case you want it sweeter, you can add 1-2 teaspoons of liquid sweetener.
