Watermelon juice

I had some watermelon sitting in the fridge, so I decided to turn it into a refreshing juice to beat this heatwave!

Vegan, soy free, gluten free, refined sugar free | 600ml | DRINK

Ingredients:

  • 630g watermelon, peeled and cut in cubes
  • 70g cucumber
  • 1/2 -1 lime, juice
  • Few fresh mint leaves

Serve with:

  • Salt
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices

Steps:

1.Add the all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend well.

2.Pass the juice through a fine sieve.

3.Run the used lime on the rim of your glass to help the salt stick to it and keep it upside down to avoid any liquid running down the side.

4.Add the salt in a small plate and dip the rim of the glass in it.

5.Add some ice, the juice and a slice of lime.

Enjoy!

Notes:

*If your blender is too small, you might need to do this in batches.

*Store it In the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 3 days.
