Who doesn't like sweet potatoes? They are so versatile, delicious and with plenty of health benefits.
Vegan, nut free, soy free, gluten free | Serves 2 | SIDE
Ingredients:
- 2 medium size sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of each smoked paprika, dried parsley and oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of each chili flakes (optional) and garlic granules
- Salt and pepper
Steps:
1.Preheat your oven at 180°C and on a baking tray line a parchment paper.
2.Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them in sticks.
3.In a bowl add the olive oil and all the herds, mix to combine, and add the potatoes in.
4.Combine to coat the potatoes well and spread on the baking tray in a single layer.
5.Bake for 25 minutes turning them the last 5 minutes.
We had then with a burger, but they are a great side for anything really :)
