If you're looking for the ultimate crunchy snack, these salted almonds are it! 🙌 I first tried them on a hike a few weeks ago when my friend Evi brought them along, and I literally couldn’t stop eating them. They are incredibly easy to make and better than any store-bought version. I’m so excited to finally share her simple method with you all.
Vegan, soy free, gluten free | Serves 5 | SNACK
Ingredients:
- 200g raw almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt

Steps:
1.Add the almonds in a bowl and add some water to make them wet.
2.Drain the water.
3.Add the salt and combine.
4.Roast in an air-fryer 10min at 150°C or in the oven but they might take 5 more minutes, turning them half way through.
5.Once roasted, let them cool down and store them in an air-tight container for up to 10 days.
