Mandarin vinaigrette

Mandarin season means it's time to infuse every dish with that gorgeous citrus flavour! This week, we're making my favourite mandarin vinaigrette! It's incredibly easy to whip up and delivers a delicious, vibrant dressing that's both tangy and zing and it truly elevates any salad.

Vegan, nut free, gluten free | 240ml | DRESSING

Ingredients:

  • 80ml mandarin juice (approximately 6 mandarins)
  • 80ml olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon English mustard (hot)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 clove of garlic, grated
  • Salt and pepper
  • A pinch of oregano and garlic granules

Steps:

1.Juice the mandarins.

2.Add all the ingredients in a jar, and mix to combine.

3.Serve it with this broccoli salad.

*Store it in the fridge for up to 10 days.
