Refreshing and delicious coconut chia pudding!
Vegan, nut free, soy free, gluten free | Serves 1 | BREAKFAST
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons coconut yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- 1 teaspoon jam of choice (I used strawberry)
Serve with:
- Granola
- Fruits of choice
Steps:
1.In a bowl add all the ingredients and combine well.
2.Topp it with some granola and fruits and enjoy!
Notes:
You can replace the jam with maple syrup or skip it all together.
