Zero-Waste Kitchen: Baguette Edition

Hello and apologies, it’s been a minute since my last post!

Between my August break and a house move, it took me longer than anticipated to get back to filming and editing. To be honest, I kind of enjoyed not doing it for a bit.

I finally found the time to edit some content that I filmed in my previous kitchen, so in today's post, I'll show you how to bring a baguette back to life after forgetting it in the fridge for way too long!

The steps are simple:

  1. First, I rinse it under cold water for a few seconds.
  2. Then, I bake or warm it in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 10 minutes.

And it’s ready to be enjoyed! Now, I won't lie and say it's like a freshly baked baguette, but it's good enough to eat, plus you'll feel great about not wasting any food (at least, that’s how I felt!).

I hope you found this blog helpful, Nat x
