Zero waste turmeric and ginger energy balls

Give your juice pulp a second life! These delicious zero-waste energy balls are made with leftover juice pulp, packed with flavour and nutrients. A perfect guilt-free snack that reduces food waste.

Vegan, refined sugar free, soy free, gluten free | 8-10 balls | SNACK

Ingredients:

Steps:

1.In a food processor add the cashews, almonds, and oats blend for few seconds.

2.Add the dates and juice pulp and blend until everything is well combined.

3.Add the mixture in the fridge for 10-15 minutes, so it's easier to handle.

4.Use a teaspoon for measure and shape the mixture into balls.

5.Roll them into the desiccated coconut and refrigerate for 30 minutes before you enjoy.

Notes:

*Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for us to 10 days.
