I'm excited to announce a new juice series this February! I'll be sharing a range of healthy and delicious juice recipes that I hope you'll love. Boost your well-being with these powerful turmeric and ginger shots! Packed with anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties, these little elixirs are a fantastic way to start your day or give yourself a midday pick-me-up.
Vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free | 0.5L | DRINK
Ingredients:
- 2 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 1 apple (pink lady)
- 30g fresh turmeric
- 30g fresh ginger
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (to get the most out of turmeric, mix a healthy fat)
- A pinch of black pepper
Steps:
1.Peel the oranges, cut them and remove the seeds.
2.Add them in the food processor and do the same for the lemon and apple.
3.Remove the skin of the turmeric and ginger and cut them in smaller pieces, place them in the food processor.
4.Add the rest of the ingredients, and blend until smooth.
5.Pass the juice through a fine sieve and use a funnel to transfer the juice in a clean bottle or jar.
6.Use the pulp to make energy balls.

Notes:
*Store the juice in the fridge for up to 10 days.
*Turmeric, despite its numerous advantages, is not easily absorbed in the intestines, therefore is recommender to combine it with a healthy fat (olive oil) and black pepper for better absorption.
