Sweet potato fries

Who doesn't like sweet potatoes? They are so versatile, delicious and with plenty of health benefits.

Vegan, nut free, soy free, gluten free | Serves 2 | SIDE

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium size sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of each smoked paprika, dried parsley and oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon of each chili flakes (optional) and garlic granules
  • Salt and pepper

Steps:

  1. Preheat your oven at 180°C and on a baking tray line a parchment paper.

  2. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them in sticks.

  3. In a bowl add the olive oil and all the herds, mix to combine, and add the potatoes in.

  4. Combine to coat the potatoes well and spread on the baking tray in a single layer.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes turning them the last 5 minutes.

We had then with a burger, but they are a great side for anything really :)
