Strawberry smoothie bowl

I bet you didn't know you could add cauliflower to your smoothie! Well, if you freeze it, you absolutely can – and you won't even taste it. So, give this creamy strawberry smoothie a try; it's a great way to boost your fibre and protein intake.

Vegan, nut free, gluten free, refined sugar free | Serves 1 | BREAKFAST

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 frozen bananas
  • 60g frozen cauliflower
  • 100g frozen strawberries
  • 3-4 tablespoons soy milk
  • 25g protein powder

Toppings:

  • Banana
  • Cacao nibs
  • Chia seeds
  • Peanut butter

Steps:

1.Add all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

2.Serve in a bowl, and add your favourite toppings. I used banana slices, cacao nibs, chia seeds and peanut butter.

Enjoy!
