Potato wedges
This is a great side for anything, here we had it with a burger. The following cooking method keeps them soft inside while they are crunchy outside.
Vegan, nut free | Serves 2 | SIDE
Ingredients:
- 550g baby potatoes
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic granules
- 1/4 teaspoon of chilli flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh rosemary and thyme
Steps:
1.Preheat your oven at 180°C.
2.Wash thoroughly the potatoes, add in a pot, fill with water and add a generous amount of salt.
3.Bring to boil and boil for 8-10 minutes.
4.Drain the water, cut the potatoes into 4 (carefully as they are hot) and place on a baking tray.
5.Continue with the spices and oil.
6.Combine everything well and bake for 40 minutes stirring halfway through.
