Quick and easy, this little treat only needs 4-ingredients, and it makes the perfect healthy dessert!
Vegan, soy free, gluten free | 8 pieces | DESSERT
Ingredients:
- 8 medjool dates
- 4 tablespoons of pistachio paste
- 80g dark chocolate (I'm using 70% dark chocolate)
- Rock salt
Steps:
1.Cut slightly the dates to remove the pits and fill them with the pistachio paste.
2.Place the dates in the freezer for 5 minutes to set.
3.Melt the chocolate in a microwave. Crumble the chocolate in a bowl, cover it with clean film and add in the microwave for 30 seconds at 800w. Remove, check if it has melted, if not add for additional 30 seconds. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.
4.I'm using a toothpick to dip the dates in the chocolate, and I finish with a pinch of salt on top.
5.I place them on a plate lined with parchment paper and freeze them for additional 5 minutes.
Notes:
*Store them in the fridge for up to a week.
