Overnight oats

Quick and delicious overnight oats!

Vegan, gluten free | Serves 1 | BREAKFAST

Ingredients:

  • 6 tablespoons of rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Dhow Nature Foods turmeric (10% discount code: DHOWLIKENATALI)
  • 160ml of soy milk (or other milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (or other sweetener of your choice)

Steps:

1.In a jar add oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and turmeric and combine well.

2.Then add the rest of the ingredients, combine and put in the fridge overnight.

3.Serve the next morning with fruits of your choice and sprinkle some seeds on top (sunflower, pumpkin, hemp seeds).
