Mango and coconut balls
3-ingredient energy balls, which take few minutes to put together!
Vegan, nut free, soy free, gluten free | 8 balls | SNACK
Ingredients:
- 60g dried mango
- 50g desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup (or another liquid sweetener)
Steps:
1.Add the dried mango in a bowl and cover with hot water for few minutes.
2.Drain the mango and dd all the ingredients in a food processor.
3.Blend until everything is well combined.
4.Form into small balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Store them in the fridge and consume withing 10 days.
