High protein hot chocolate

Today we are making a creamy, high-protein hot chocolate. Made with homemade plant-based milk, this comforting drink is ready in just 10 minutes.

Vegan, Soy free, gluten free, refined sugar free | Serves 2 | DRINK

Ingredients:

  • 700ml water
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cashew nuts
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa protein powder

Steps:

1.In a blender, add the water, hemp seeds, cashew nuts and pitted dates and blend well.

2.Then sieve the mixture into a small pot on a low heat.

3.Add the cacao and protein powder and whisk until they get dissolve into the nut-seed milk.

4.Once the milk is warm enough, serve and enjoy!
