Green zing juice

Next one on the juice series is this hydrating green juice, which is packed with nutrients from cucumber, green apple, kiwi, and ginger. It's a delicious and refreshing way to boost your immune system and start your day feeling refreshed.

Vegan, nut free, sugar free, gluten free, soy free | Serves 1 | DRINK

Ingredients:

  • 1 green apple
  • 1 ripe kiwi
  • 2 small cucumber (1/2 large cucumber)
  • 20g ginger

Steps:

1.Peel the apple, remove the seeds and cut it in large chunks.

2.Peel the kiwi and cut it in large pieces.

3.Cut the cucumbers and remove the skin from the ginger and cut it in small pieces.

4.Add all the veggies and fruits in a blender, along with 130ml of water and blend until smooth.

5.Serve with ice.
