Green smoothie

This packed with nutrients smoothie, is slightly sweetened from date and banana, and it makes the perfect start for the day or a perfect pre-workout drink!

Vegan, soy free, gluten free | Serves 1 | DRINK

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana, in cubes
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter

  • 1 medjool date, pitted
  • A handful of fresh spinach

Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
