Garlicky and smoky tofu cooked in foil.
Vegan, nut free, gluten free | Serves 2-3 | SIDE
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp plant-based butter
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 180g smoked tofu
- 1 bay leaf
- Fresh dill
Steps:
1.Preheat the oven at 180°C.
2.Mix the garlic in the butter along with the salt, pepper and oregano.
3.Score the tofu on all sides and add the garlic butter, rub the rest outside.
4.Place the tofu on a parchment paper that is placed on some aluminium foil.
5.Wrap it very well and place on a baking tray.
6.Bake for 45 minutes.
7.Once cooked, open and add the fresh dill.
