Healthy and delicious chickpea energy balls, which are packed with plant protein. And don't worry, you won't even taste the chickpeas!
Vegan, nut free, soy free, gluten free | 10 balls | SNACK
Ingredients:
- 40g dark chocolate (I used 78% Lindt)
- 130g chickpeas
- 80g dates
- 1/2 teaspoon of orange zest
- Pinch of salt
Steps:
1.Chop the chocolate in small chunks.
2.In a food processor, add all the ingredients and blend well.
3.The mixture must stick together.
4.Add the chocolate chunks and blend to combine.
5.Form into small balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Keep in the fridge and enjoy up to 10 days.
