Chia coconut yogurt pudding
Chia seeds, what's not to love about them? Protein? Yes! Fibre? Yes! Vitamins? Yes! Full of antioxidants? Yes! This recipe will take you 2 minutes to assemble and its extremely tasty and healthy!
Vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free | Serves 1 | BREAKFAST
Ingredients:
- 200g coconut yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of agave (or other sweetener of your choice)
- 4 tablespoons of granola
- Fruit of choice to serve
Steps:
In a bowl or jar combine the yogurt, chia seeds and agave.
Add the granola and serve with fruit.
I served it with some strawberries!
