Berry smoothie
Refreshing and packed with antioxidants this smoothie will freshen any hot day!
Vegan, nut free, gluten free | Serves 1 | DRINK
Ingredients:
- 200g frozen mix berries
- 250ml water
- 2 tablespoons soy yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Steps:
1.Add all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until everything is blended.
2.Stop and scrape the side as needed.
