Refreshing and packed with antioxidants this smoothie will freshen any hot day!
Vegan, nut free, gluten free | Serves 1 | DRINK
200g frozen mix berries 250ml water 2 tablespoons soy yogurt 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
1.Add all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until everything is blended.
2.Stop and scrape the side as needed.
