Beet bliss juice

Last but definitely not least, is this beet bliss juice. Packed with antioxidants and nutrients, this beetroot juice is a delicious and refreshing way to boost your health. The combination of beetroot, apple, pomegranate seeds, and ginger offers a unique flavour profile and a wealth of health benefits.

Vegan, nut free, sugar free, gluten free, soy free | Serves 1 | DRINK

Ingredients:

  • 1 red apple
  • 1 cooked beetroot
  • 5 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
  • 20g fresh ginger

Steps:

1.Peel the apple, remove the seeds and cut it in large chunks.

2.Cut the beetroot in large pieces.

3.Remove the skin from the ginger and cut it in small pieces.

4.Add all the fruit and vegetable pieces in a blender, along with 200ml of water and blend until smooth.

5.Pass the juice through a fine sieve and serve with ice.

6.Use the pulp to make energy balls.
