Banana smoothie

Creamy, dreamy, and oh-so-simple. Our banana smoothie is the perfect pick-me-up. Made with just a few wholesome ingredients, it's a quick and delicious way to start your day.

Vegan, gluten free, sugar free | Serves 1 | SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla essence
  • 250ml soy milk

Steps:

1.Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.

2.Optionally, you can drizzle some carob syrup in a glass and then pour the smoothie.
