Vegan, gluten free, sugar free | Serves 1 | SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla essence
- 250ml soy milk
Steps:
1.Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
2.Optionally, you can drizzle some carob syrup in a glass and then pour the smoothie.
